July brush pick-up begins next week
Monthly brush pick-up will begin next week on Monday, July 29th. During scheduled brush collections, the Street Department will make only one pass through the city to pick up brush. Please have your brush by the front curb, but not in the street, by that first day at 7 a.m. Brush will not be picked up in alleys. The piles of brush should be trash-free. Crews cannot access the piles if blocked by vehicles.

Registration now open for 50-mile 2024 Niles Burn Run Weekend
NILES, Mich. -- Registration is currently still open for the Niles Burn Run Weekend, which kicks off Friday, at 7 p.m. with a concert at Riverfront Park. City of South Bend to hold annual Parking Ticket Fee Amnesty Day
The City of South Bend’s Ordinance Violations Bureau will hold the annual Parking Ticket Fee Amnesty Day on Friday, July 26 from 8am-5pm at the County-City Building. Each year, the Ordinance Violations Bureau grants fee amnesty to parking citations by waiving late fees assigned to parking citations paid that day.
