City says electric bikes allowed to ride on Coeur d'Alene trails
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — The City of Coeur d'Alene is reiterating the rules for electric bikes, or e-bikes, on city trails as their use gets more popular. The city will follow Idaho state regulations for e-bikes on trails. The state rules say they are allowed on all trails where mechanical bikes are allowed, but they must have pedals and cannot be operated faster than 15 miles per hour.

Idaho's seasonally adjusted unemployment rates increased month-over-month, which is following the national trends. Unemployment in Idaho increased by 921 (2.8%) to a total of 34,007 people.
