Bayonne Firefighters Rescue Workers from Vacant Home
BAYONNE, NJ - Three workers were rescued from inside a vacant home last week, Bayonne Fire Chief Keith Weaver reported. Firefighters faced heavy smoke coming from the attic area of a one and half story home at 5 Pavonia Court when they arrived there at 4:57 p.m. on Thursday after reports of a structure fire. UNION, NJ - A "Town-Wide Block Party", hosted by the Union Township Education Association (UTEA), is set for Tuesday, August 13, in Rabkin Park for all Union residents.
