“This morning, Officers Max Szteliga and Dominik Sullivan-Souza were presented with the department’s Life Saving Award for their actions on June 3, 2024. Officers Szteliga and Sullivan-Souza were on patrol when a call came in requesting an ambulance for someone unresponsive in a vehicle on the side of the road. CHELSEA, Mass. — Chelsea police are searching for an "endangered" missing teenage New Bedford girl who was last seen on Wednesday, police said. Police said Tessa Rivera, 16, ran away from her mother while at a doctor's appointment at MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center. Tessa has a history of suicidal statements, police said.
