OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two people are charged after tying a man up, duct-taping his eyes, and beating him while they recorded it.

On June 14th, 2024, while examining the cellphone records gathered from a search warrant on a seized Black Samsung phone as part of a criminal investigation, Police came across a video on the phone that was taken from Jason Hill’s possession. The phone was confiscated on February 6th, 2024, and is located at 400 Collinwood Drive, Oak Hill, Fayette County.

While going through the records, Police discovered a video that took place on January 13, 2024, capturing a male victim on the floor of a home with a bloodied face, appearing to have been assaulted.

This video was recorded by a woman named Hollie Meador, also known as Hollie Hill, showing another individual named Jason Hill wielding a dangerous object, potentially a knife, against Flint’s head while being restrained with wire and duct tape over his eyes.

The video depicts a terrifying situation as the victim was subjected to violence and threats of death by the suspects while they interrogated the victim about where two others suspected of robbery might be hiding.

In the same video, the victim was blindfolded and bound by a wire, with nearly the entire event being documented. On the 17th of June, 2024, Police discovered that Hollie Hill had called the victim to her home at 128 Ford Street, Oak Hill, Fayette County, WV.

Upon his arrival, the victim was attacked by Jason Hill and his accomplice, beaten, and held captive, subjected to further abuse until he provided information about the two others suspected of robbery.

The victim described this ordeal as a life-threatening situation, fearing for his life. He confessed that he had not reported the crime due to fear of retaliation from the perpetrators, leading him to leave the area for his safety. Additionally, Police traced Facebook messages between Hollie Meador and the victim, dating back to January 13, 2024, around 7:30 pm. In these messages, Meador invites the victim to her residence and mentions that Jason Hill was absent. This, together with the evidence and the victim’s account, suggests a criminal conspiracy between Jason Hill and Hollie Meador in planning an assault and kidnapping of the male victim.

This information is substantiated by the video evidence and the investigation conducted by this officer, indicating that the incident indeed took place in Oak Hill, Fayette County, WV.

Both Hill and Meador are charged with kidnapping, malicious wounding, conspiracy, and assault during a commission. Both are being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 250,000 dollar bond.
