    Property owner victim of hit and run incident in Oak Hill

    OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A property owner has been the victim of a hit-and-run incident that occurred in Oak Hill Friday morning.

    Oak Hill resident Savanah Byers-Cook tells LOOTPRESS that a vehicle ran off the road and into her fence on Center Street in the Rosedale area of Oak Hill.

    The vehicle also struck and damaged a utility site owned by the City of Oak Hill.

    The vehicle has been identified as a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck.

    The truck suffered front-end bumper damage in the incident and was spotted after the incident in Oak Hill with part of the front bumper hanging off the truck.

    The Oak Hill Police Department responded to the incident and is investigating.
