    Get ready to groove in Oak Hill this weekend

    OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Lively Amphitheater Committee proudly presents the 2nd Annual Groovin In The Hill 2, the second musical event of the summer, on Saturday night, July 13, at the Lively Amphitheater in Oak Hill.

    This free event starts at 4 PM and promises an evening of good music.

    Matt Mullins, a seasoned Appalachian musician from Beckley, will kick off the event. He is known for his blend of folk, soul, and “y’allternative dad rock.”

    Mullins has recorded over 12 studio albums and fronted bands like Old School Abbey, The Boatmen, and Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns.

    Joining Mullins is John Inghram, an accomplished bassist, songwriter, and producer with a diverse musical career.

    Inghram has collaborated with jazz legends and country, rock, and jam artists, earning a reputation for his dynamic all-star tribute shows in the region.

    Shayar, a reggae artist born in Jamaica, will also perform. Shayar has toured internationally with stars like Burning Spear and Anthony B, bringing his unique reggae sound to the mountains of Beckley where he now resides.

    Aura Rise, a local band from Fayette County, will round out the lineup.

    Known for their high-energy mix of grass rock, country, and jam music, Aura Rise has won the hearts of music lovers across the region with their smooth sound.
