OAK HILL, WV (WVNS) – Good music and food is making its way to Oak Hill on Saturday, July 13th.

The second concert series called ‘Groovin in the Hills’ is set to be hosted at the Lively Amphitheatre. Different musical performances and food trucks are on the table for all who attend.

Allyson Wyatt, Chairperson of the Lively Amphitheatre, expressed that she hopes this series will make Oak Hill a more popular area.

“My whole goal for coming up with the music series is to bridge the gap between Beckley and Fayetteville. At some point over the years, Oak Hill has gotten lost. We are a great little town. We have a lot of people in this area that are great people and they like to show their support. There is just not really a lot here,” said Wyatt to 59News.

The music starts at 3:30 p.m. and lasts until 10 p.m. Wyatt said this is a family friendly event.
