Driver in Route 33 crash that killed 3 was impaired by marijuana, police say
Pennsylvania State Police charged a New Jersey man with homicide by vehicle and related counts in a March 2022 crash on Route 33 that killed three members of a family. Nelson Segura, 34, of Oak Ridge, had metabolites of marijuana use in his blood and was determined by a state police Drug Recognition Expert to be impaired by the drug immediately following the collision, according to court records.
