Oak Ridge woman wins Best Decorated Hat contest at Anderson County Fair

Sheila Johnson of Oak Ridge won the Best Decorated Hat contest at Senior Citizens Day at the Anderson County Fair on July 17 with her "Christmas in July"-themed bonnet, according to Linda McGhee, the chair for special day. Johnson also participated in the Hog Calling Contest, earning an honorable mention for her hog (and chicken!) calling.
