Guilty pleas entered in 23rd Judicial District Court Aug. 5-9
DONALDSONVILLE, La. (WAFB) - The 23rd Judicial District Court announced the following guilty pleas entered during the week of Aug. 5-9, 2024:. 1. Kelly Downey Jr., Prairieville, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Illegal Carrying of Weapons while in Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
