Don't go in the water. That's the advisory that many Illinois water places currently have with many being issued after recent water tests around the state. The Illinois Department of Public Health has a Beach Guard System that is almost constantly updated with alerts about high bacteria levels being detected. Here are the most recent advisories with the name of the beach and/or lake, the Illinois county it's located in plus the date and time of the most recent water tests:
NCAA Removes Cannabis From List Of Banned Substances During Championships
The NCAA will no longer test Division I athletes for cannabis during championships. It was decided after a vote on June 25 by its Division I Council. The new rule is effective immediately. Penalties currently being served by student-athletes who previously tested positive for cannabis will be discontinued.
