( KRON ) — The Oakland Police Department is investigating a smoke shop after officers with the department’s Alcohol Beverage Action Team (ABAT) found guns and illegal cannabis at the store, OPD said.

ABAT officers inspected the shop on the 3800 block of San Leandro Street after receiving reports from community members about illegal activity in the area.

Police seized weapons and accessories that included an AR-15, another gun that was stolen and a 30-round magazine. They also found suspected drug paraphernalia, banned tobacco products fireworks and cannabis products.

No arrests were made, but the clerk was cited for possession of fireworks and cannabis for sale.

The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office will decide whether criminal charges and/or eviction are necessary. OPD did not reveal the name of the store.

OPD has made similar busts at other smoke shops this year in what it says is part of a special enforcement plan. The department says it is focused on educating store owners about the consequences of selling flavored tobacco products to people younger than 21.
