A Wilmington man is behind bars after what State Police say was a road rage incident in Hockessin last weekend. Troopers were responding to a report of a crash at Limestone and Brackenville Roads Sunday night when they got a report of an unrelated road rage incident involving a driver displaying a handgun, Delaware State Police said.

Renderings have been revealed for a large new multi-family development located at 901 North Penn Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia.
