SEATTLE — Some passengers at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) were stuck for hours into Friday morning due to global service outages that grounded planes. The outage stems from a software update by the company CrowdStrike - a cybersecurity firm that provides services to Microsoft. The update included a "defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts," that knocked out access to computer networks all over the globe.

Last night, July 19th 2024 at 8:32 PM radio traffic indicated that there were multiple callers calling in regarding hearing gun shots near Aberdeen Ave and Rice St. There were actually calls from all over Aberdeen hearing them with the focus of them off Aberdeen Ave. Eventually, this lead to a call stating that there was a fight/argument in the street near Aberdeen Ave and Rice St with a firearm being involved. Further information had said that the firearm had been placed in a truck that was leaving the scene towards Port Dock.
