Ocean Springs calls for teams to sign up for the ‘Bud and Burgers Cooking Competition’

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. ( WKRG ) — The annual Bud & Burgers competition will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the L&N Depot Plaza on Sept. 14. The plaza will feature a Craft Beer Garden.

Teams of four are encouraged to join the competition. The fee to register a team of four is $50. There is a $10 fee for every additional member with a max of eight team members.

Teams can bring their own grill. Team makeups can vary from restaurants, home cooks, businesses and organizations. All are encouraged to enter and compete to win prizes for the best burgers.

The winning categories include People’s Choice, Best of Show, First Place, Second Place, and Third Place.
