WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Good evening folks, and happy Monday to you. As of 4:30 pm this afternoon, we are looking at scattered showers and storms across the region. While most of these storms will not become severe strength, they will be capable to produce flash flooding conditions now through Friday. It really just depends on which locations see heavy downpours, and how many storms train over their locations to determine where the highest flash flood risk is.
