Man Burglarizes Carle Place Nail Salon After Throwing Rock Through Front Door; Can You Help ID the Culprit?
The Third Squad reports on a Commercial Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 1:26 a.m. in Carle Place. According to Detectives, an unknown male subject forcefully entered Blooming Nails & Spa located at 104 Westbury Avenue by throwing a rock through the front glass door. The subject removed an undetermined amount of U.S. currency before exiting the rear of the store and fleeing the scene on foot eastbound towards Westbury Avenue.

Harbor Hill Elementary School Assistant Principal Justin Gabrus will transition to the role of Assistant Principal at Roslyn Middle School. Mr. Gabrus joined the district in 2021. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Education from SUNY Old Westbury, and his Master of Science at Touro College.
