A breach of contract lawsuit has been filed against businesswoman and Odessa Accountability Project founder Jamie (Tisdale) Foreman.

According to the lawsuit filed Monday in Ector County District Court, Foreman, who is also known as Jamie Tisdale, signed a lease on Aug. 24, 2023, for just under 3,900 square feet of space at 4301 E. 42nd St., for the now closed Pickles Restaurant.

Foreman currently owes the Topprosper Group just under $70,000 in base rent and late fees for March through August, the lawsuit alleged.

Two demand letters were sent to Foreman and her tenancy was ended on Aug. 21, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit stated that because the lease was to end March 1, 2029, Foreman owes the group future rent as well and the full balance of that comes to $989,310.24.

Topprosper’s attorney, Brad Davidson, is also seeking attorneys fees.

Foreman did not respond to a text seeking comment.
