Preschool 3s through eighth grade participated in the longtime tradition of the Blessing of the Animals Friday at St. John’s Episcopal School. They had about 75 different animals. There were a few horses, a tarantula, a four-day old pig, many dogs of many breeds, several cats, a hamster, bearded dragon and more. Deacon Leroy Morrison leads chapel with Senior Warden Kathy Campbell and Karen Boyd helped distribute the certificates for each animal.
