The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Karen Brown, 63, of Harbeson, DE. Brown was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus on July 11th, 2024 and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being. Brown is described as a black female, 5’6″, 150 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she was last seen.

Police trying to ID two suspects in theft at Elkton grocery mart
ELKTON — Two men allegedly stole an unspecified item or items at an Elkton grocery market and now investigators are asking the public to help them identify the suspects, according to the Elkton Police Department. EPD officials have posted photos of the two suspects on the agency’s Facebook page, after gleaning those images from a security camera at the purportedly victimized store — Grocery Mart on East Pulaski Highway (Route 40). The two men allegedly committed the theft at approximately 9 p.m. on Thursday (July 18), police reported.
