ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- An Odessa man was arrested on a warrant earlier this week after investigators said one child’s outcry of sexual assault led to outcries from two additional children. Bryan Adam Fallin has been charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

According to an Odessa Police Department report, on July 7, officers responded to Medical Center Hospital to investigate a possible sexual assault. There, officers met with a 12-year-old girl who said she’d been sexually assault by Fallin. Investigators said a SANE exam found evidence “indicative of a sexual assault”.

During a subsequent forensic interview, the 12-year-old revealed additional details of the alleged assault and said that similar assaults had occurred multiple times since 2023. Then, as the investigation continued, officers said two additional children, ages 13 and 14, came forward and made outcries as well.

Investigators said details from all three outcries were similar and that all three children said the abuse happened in Fallin’s bedroom and all three children indicated they’d been assaulted multiple times since 2023.

On July 9, Fallin was arrested on a warrant; he remained in the Ector County Law Enforcement as of Wednesday morning on an unknown bond.
