OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — City of Owensboro continues to get ready for Thursday night's fireworks. The All American Fourth of July will take place throughout the city of Owensboro. Festivities kick off at 4PM at the Owensboro Convention Center with 4th Fest, presented by Kentucky Legend. Family friendly activities, along with food and the ability to view the fireworks from the Kentucky Legend Pier or Exhibit Hall Terrace for additional costs. Parking for the event is $10 dollars.
