Ohio County Schools Holds First ‘Coffee With the Superintendent’ Event
A group of parents of Ohio County Schools students came out bright and early Friday morning for the chance to talk over coffee with school district superintendent Kim Miller. For about an hour at Wheeling Park’s Cafe 1925, the small group discussed several topics, including the district’s proposed cellphone policy and safety measures in the schools. It was an opportunity the group appreciated, a less formal roundtable that allowed them to dig deeper and even offer some suggestions.
