Savor the Flavors of Parma: 4 Restaurants to Check Out

    2023-10-31

Parma's restaurant scene is a melting pot of flavors. Here are four restaurants that are worth checking out on your next food adventure.

    1. Siam Cafe

Had an amazing experience at Siam Cafe, a gem in Cleveland's Asia Town. I indulged in the stir-fried clams in black bean sauce and Vietnamese grilled pork chop - both were simply delicious. I wish I could've tried more from their extensive menu. The place is always buzzing, adding to its authentic vibe. The Peking duck served with soft buns and jellyfish appetizer comes highly recommended. The seafood is fresh, and every dish is a delight. Perfect for a special occasion or a family dinner. Service is top-notch, making it a consistent favorite.

    2. Seoul Garden Restaurant

Just had an amazing experience at Seoul Garden Restaurant! The Bibimbap was a delight, with the hot stone giving the rice a crispy touch. The meat portion could be bigger, but it was still tasty. The side dishes and service were top-notch. The Spicy Squid could use a bit more seasoning, but the Kimchi Stew and Tteokbokki were absolutely delicious. The place had a smoky ambiance, not too overwhelming but noticeable. If you're new to Korean food, try the Vegetable Pancake and Bulgogi - you won't regret it! A must-visit for authentic Korean food lovers in Cleveland.

    3. Koko Bakery

I recently visited Koko Bakery and was blown away by the variety and quality of their offerings. The wife cake, taro pastry, and egg yolk pastry were all divine, with the wife cake bringing a taste of home. The bread flies off the shelves and it's a hit with foreigners too. The bubble tea and pastries were fresh and delicious, and the passion fruit white chocolate mousse was a delightful balance of tart and sweet. However, the matcha crepe cake was a bit of a letdown, with a strange smell and an off-putting chemical aftertaste. Despite this, I'd definitely return to try other items.

    4. Ball Ball Waffle

Just had an amazing experience at Ball Ball Waffle! Their Hong Kong-style milk tea and original flavor mochi mochi are a must-try. The egg tarts? Authentic and delicious! I also tried the peanut butter and condensed milk drizzled waffle, and it was a game-changer - crispy on the outside, chewy inside, and subtly sweet. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is patient, walking you through the menu. Don't miss the chance to add a scoop of strawberry ice cream to your waffle. Trust me, it's the right choice! Can't wait for my next visit!
