Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at The Guild House, a hidden gem that delighted me with unexpectedly good food and a wonderful atmosphere. The decor is beautiful, and the staff is equally impressive, making it a perfect spot for both everyday dining and special occasions.

I tried several dishes including the Lamb Chop, Local Wagyu, Joyce Farms Chicken, Duck Toast, Cavatelli, Blackberry smash, and Poppy Cake. Each dish was a burst of flavors, but the Lamb Chop and Blackberry smash were particularly enjoyable. The Pancakes, topped with fresh fruit, lemon curd, and Ohio maple syrup, paired with bacon, were simply mouthwatering. The Oyster Mushrooms appetizer, although looking more like calamari mushrooms, was incredibly flavorful with a perfect complement of truffle aioli.

The Guild House is not only perfect for adults but also kid-friendly. They were very accommodating with a large group that included children. The S'mores dessert was the star of the evening, a five-star dish that you must try. This place is my favorite restaurant in Columbus by miles. The staff and chefs are outstanding, and they accommodated my allergy with ease. The cocktails were excellent, the food was perfectly timed and cooked, and the presentation was beautiful. The complex and layered flavors of each dish left me wanting more. Can't wait to go back for more of their fantastic food and atmosphere.
