My recent visit to Rib City Grill was a mixed bag. The restaurant offers a variety of fruit teas, with the cake milk tea and dragon fruit smoothie standing out as particularly enjoyable. The service was commendable, with the staff showing a great attitude.
However, the food left a lot to be desired. The brisket dinner was disappointing, with a large portion of it being dry and blackened. The chicken dish was also a letdown, with an unpleasant surprise of it being undercooked. The pulled pork sandwich, which was supposed to be served on garlic bread, was not as ordered. The salad was just a box full of lettuce, and the pecan pie was missing from the order. The food was subpar, and the guarantee of satisfaction was not met.
Despite the commendable service, the food quality and order accuracy were disappointing. It's a shame that the service at some places doesn't match up to the food quality. I'm still waiting for a response from the corporate office regarding my complaint. I'm unsure if I'll be returning to Rib City Grill in the future.
