Stepping into Tasty Pot Ohio, I was immediately welcomed by a friendly environment, perfect for a quiet evening. The staff was accommodating, making my first visit here a pleasant one. The food was served piping hot, almost too hot, with a variety of sauces on the table to enhance the flavors.
The restaurant offers a unique Taiwanese style hot pot, where the meats and veggies are already cooked in the pot, a delightful surprise for a hot pot lover like me. I tried the Beef, Taiwanese supreme, and Curry hotpot. While the ingredients were all there, I felt the soup was a bit bland, not quite matching the taste I experienced at other Tasty Pot locations.
Despite this, the Curry pot was a standout, loaded with all kinds of different things, making it not just delicious but fun to eat. It was like digging into a treasure chest. The restaurant's aesthetic was pleasing, and the staff was efficient and nice. One unique feature is the QR code on the table, which you scan to place your order. Don't forget to order your milk tea or tea drinks, they are very good too. While my experience was a bit of a mixed bag, I'm a huge Tasty Pot fan and I'm hopeful for improvements in the future.
