I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bamboo Thai Kitchen, a hidden gem that's wildly underrated. The quality of the food is simply outstanding, easily rivaling some of the best Thai food I've had in California. The Tom Kha soup was a standout, bursting with flavor and arguably the best I've ever had. The Thai stir-fried river noodles were equally impressive, offering a delightful consistency and portion size.
The pineapple fried rice was a bit on the dry side, but a dash of sweet and sour sauce quickly remedied that. I also had the chance to try the green curry and chicken stir fry, both of which were very good. The fresh rolls were a new experience for me, offering a clean, crisp taste that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Despite being take-out only at the moment, the service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was meticulously clean, with a faint scent of bleach in the air, assuring me of their commitment to hygiene. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Bamboo Thai Kitchen. Trust me, it's worth it!
