I recently discovered a hidden gem, Kung Fu Noodle, and I can't recommend it enough! This place offers Lanzhou ramen, cold noodles, barbecue, and pear soup. The warm and cheerful atmosphere is a bonus.
The hand-pulled noodles are a rare find and a must-try. They reminded me of homemade cooking, especially the beef noodle soup. The soup is the star of the dish, boiled down from bone to broth and meat to tender. The dumplings are handmade, not store-bought, and the pork fried rice is the most flavorful I've ever had. The cucumber salad and chili oil are the perfect accompaniments to enhance every single dish.
The staff is super friendly, and the service is excellent. Even during the lunch rush, they manage to keep everything running smoothly. The open and clean kitchen adds to the overall experience. I'm definitely going to be a regular here, and I can't wait to visit when the market is open. So, if you're looking for great, unique food, Kung Fu Noodle is the place to be!
