My recent visit to bb.q Chicken Columbus was a delightful culinary journey. I indulged in their golden original and cheesling fried chicken, which was incredibly juicy with a thin, crispy coating. The cheese flavor was a tad sweet, not quite like bhc's, and left a slightly greasy feel after a hearty serving.

The sauces were an interesting mix, all leaning towards the sweet side, including the one with powdered cheese. It was unexpected but not unpleasant. However, I think I might stick to their original, sauce-free version next time. The sweet potato fries were a standout, easily the best I've ever had.

I also tried the wing form of soy garlic, spicy galbi, and secret sauce, and the boneless hot spicy. The boneless chicken was a revelation - juicy, crispy, and perfectly balanced in terms of sauce and coating. The soy garlic was a hit, and the secret sauce was pretty good. The galbi was a unique flavor, not sure if I'd go for it again, but the soy garlic and hot spicy are definitely on my repeat list. The dumplings and fries were average, but the onion rings were a real treat.

The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting, with spot-on lighting and a comfortable temperature. The cleanliness was commendable, with staff seen cleaning every few minutes. The service was quick and friendly, and the manager even checked in to ensure everything was up to par. A must-visit for sure!
