    Massillon, OH- Taking a look back at the 2023 North-South All-Star games at Massillon Paul Brown Tiger Stadium.

    Division I-III it was the South defeating the North squad 38-21

    Ashland commit Drew Novak (Western Brown High School) threw for three touchdowns hitting a couple of his last prep game receivers for scores, Adrian Norton (Stebbins High School) caught two for scores and was the South squad game MVP.

    Michael Mussari (Kings High School) was solid all day for South squad catching multiple touchdown passes having fun while doing it for the University of Cincinnati commit, Mussari was also offensive MVP for the South.

    Ty Hurst (Tallmadge High School) for the North squad also slung around the ball throwing for two touchdowns and was the game MVP, Ty is also a Clarion University commit, North squad wide receiver and Youngstown State commit Bryson Hammer (Freemont Ross High School) pulled in two touchdown receptions.

    Division IV-VII the North squad came out victorious 27-18

    Deonta Rucker (Glenville High School) dazzled in his last prep game playing well enough to gain offensive MVP for the North Squad on his way to his committed university Florida Memorial.

    Jake Gill (Norwayne High School) was the game MVP, Jake rushed for over 1,500 yards and 32 touchdowns in his senior campaign and is currently on Walsh University football roster.

    Max Autry (Madeira High School) scored a touchdown and was South offensive game MVP.

    Longtime Kirtland High School football head coach Tiger LaVerde was an honorary coach and an officer for the OHSFCA.

    The 2024 annual games will be Apr 27 @ Paul Brown Tiger Stadium with a kick-off time of 11am with second game beginning 30 minutes after first contest.
