The four Huskies earn the distinction by virtue of maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, be at least a sophomore academically and own a stroke average below 76 for the 2023-24 season. PONCA CITY — Ranch Drive, Blackwell and Tonkawa are celebrating the purchases of new fire trucks. Blackwell and Ranch Drive used funds collected through the Kay County Fire Sales Tax that was passed on Nov. 8, 2022, (see story) for the purchases.
