• Bathrooms By Genie leased 9,776 square feet of industrial space at 3105 E Reno Ave. in Oklahoma City from OTR Real Estate LLC to be used for bathroom remodeling and construction. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the tenant and the landlord.
• Jacob D. Shelton LLC leased 1,625 square feet of retail space at 10467 N May Ave. from Tran BP LLC to be used for Core Extreme Sports. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the landlord and the tenant.
• Pharoah Energy Services LLC leased 3,950 square feet of office space at 115 E Reno Ave., Suite A, from 2424 Investments LLC. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the landlord and the tenant.
• Bombay Uniforms Inc. leased 2,082 square feet of retail space at 4236 Northwest Expressway, Suite 118, from Pilchers Lakeshore Limited Partnership. David Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson with NAI Sullivan provided brokerage services to both the landlord and the tenant.
