OKLAHOMA CITY Ryan McNeill of Veritas Development announced more details for The Residences at OAK, the 320-unit multifamily building that is part of the 20-acre mixed-use district rising in Oklahoma City.

Preleasing is now live, with the first move-ins planned for late August.

The Residences at OAK is being developed by Mintwood Real Estate and managed by Greystar.

“Every design decision thoughtfully prioritized delivering a first-of-its kind residential experience for Oklahoma City,” said Nick Venghaus, principal of Mintwood Real Estate. “The Residences’ sophisticated finishes and spacious floor plans complement the hospitality-driven atmosphere that extends seamlessly throughout OAK.”

Integrated within OAK’s vibrant mixed-use community, The Residences will introduce a first-of-its-kind living experience to Oklahoma City. As seen in the new renderings, The Residences will feature top-tier amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with a children’s playroom, private work and conference spaces, an entertainment suite with a golf simulator and kitchen, a resort-style pool and elevated courtyards.

The units include a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with curated interior finishes, including quartz countertops, walk-in closets and powder baths.

“Living at The Residences not only means having shops and restaurants out the front door, but also offers exclusive amenities for residents who want to have it all without the hassle of maintaining it themselves, including a golf simulator, specialty fitness equipment, and numerous private courtyards,” said Katy Slade, principal and founder of Mintwood Real Estate.

In addition to The Residences, Phase I of OAK includes 135,000 square feet of retail, a 132-key boutique Lively Hotel and Heartwood Park, a 7,000-square-foot community green space activated with a variety of community events, such as intimate live music, outdoor yoga, ice skating and more.

Several new-to-market tenants have been announced for the project, including Williams Sonoma, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Pottery Barn, Mesero, Arhaus, RH and Capital Grille. OAK ownership has also invested $2 million in awe-inspiring art installations from Brad Oldham Sculpture that will become new landmarks for Oklahoma City. Phase I of OAK will deliver this fall.

“The Residences at OAK introduces a community-centric living experience that is crucial for driving human energy and activity in the mixed-use district,” said McNeill. “Surrounded by best-in-class shopping and dining, iconic art and activated green space, residents will have a front-row seat to everything OAK has to offer.”
