OKLAHOMA CITY Walmart is now accepting applications for its ? 11th annual Open Call event where small business owners can apply to pitch their products for sale in Walmart or Sam's Club stores or online. ?

Applications ? are open until July 17, 2024.

Open Call is central to ? Walmart's $350 billion commitment ? to bolster U.S. manufacturing by sourcing shelf-ready products that are made, grown or assembled in the U.S.

Last year, Walmart and Sam's Club heard over 1,000 pitches from more than 700 businesses across all 50 states.

Most recently, two Oklahomans Helen and Steve Glass were selected to sell their products, Kooler Kube and Kooler Gel , on Walmart store shelves.

Open Call provides growth opportunities for Oklahoma’s small and medium businesses. Entrepreneurs who secure a "golden ticket" a deal with Walmart to sell their products in stores or online can access a vast customer base, driving significant growth. Winning a golden ticket often leads to expanded manufacturing and job creation in local communities.

All Open Call entrepreneurs will receive mentoring from Walmart leaders, hear from special guests and gain valuable business insights.
