Do you have the GUTS to try these two Olivia Rodrigo-inspired desserts this week?

Pop princess Olivia Rodrigo is set to take over Oklahoma City's Paycom Center with her GUTS World Tour Saturday , but "Livies" can start getting their fix now with two limited time desserts available at locations across town.

Oklahoma City's craft ice cream purveyor Boom Town Creamery is serving up a flavor called GUTS, inspired by Rodrigo at all three of its locations.

The ice cream is ube flavored in honor of Rodrigo's Filipino heritage, with glittery sparkle sprinkles.

In addition to Boom Town, Utah-based Crumbl Cookies has partnered with Rodrigo to bring a special GUTS cookie to stores near tour date locations for the week of the tour.

Oklahoma City area Crumbl locations will carry the specialty cookie, which features vanilla buttercream and triple-berry jam sandwiched between two purple vanilla cookies rolled in colorful sprinkles with a star cutout, through Saturday. Plus, locations nationwide will bring the cookie back from Aug. 19-24 in honor of Rodrigo wrapping up the tour.

Are the Olivia Rodrigo desserts good?

The short answer is yes. The GUTS ube ice cream at Boom Town is creamy, not overly sweet and I highly recommend getting it on a chocolate-dipped waffle cone, which I did on a whim and turned out to be a wonderful decision. The crunchy chocolate cone was a great balance to the mildly sweet ice cream and I think I'll go back and try to grab another scoop of this ice cream before it disappears from the case.

Crumbl's GUTS cookie is very sweet, so if you like sweet desserts, this one is for you. I couldn't have eaten the whole cookie even if I'd tried. The triple-berry jam was probably the highlight of the bite for me, and it paired really well with the actual cookie itself. Less buttercream and more jam would actually have been preferable for me, but overall, it's a cookie worth getting and sharing with friends.
