The Chalkboard is now open at The Ambassador Hotel in Oklahoma City. What we know

Three months after the closure of previous restaurant concept Café Cuvée, The Ambassador Hotel is once again open for guests to dine in the new Chalkboard Kitchen + Bar.

The hotel at 1200 N Walker Ave. announced in April that it would be welcoming The Chalkboard, the same concept operating at its sister property in Tulsa, as its new restaurant.

As of July 24, the restaurant is open and serving guests seven days a week.

What's on the new menu at The Chalkboard Kitchen + Bar at the Ambassador Hotel?

The Chalkboard is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a full bar with an extensive selection of cocktails.

Some of The Chalkboard's menu highlights include:

• The signature Chalkboard Wellington with house made bacon jam, mushroom duxelles, house gremolata and a rich demi glaze.
• Chicken Ballotine stuffed with chorizo and bacon and served with sweet potato puree, broccolini and a café au lait sauce.
• Chalkboard Bread Pudding topped with a white chocolate ganache and berries.

Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
