Kamala Harris' VP-hopeful Andy Beshear in OKC today for Democratic Party fundraiser

Andy Beshear , vice president-hopeful and democratic Kentucky governor, will be in Oklahoma City Thursday night to speak at the Oklahoma Democratic Party's fundraising event.

Beshear is a potential pick to be presumptive Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris ' running mate as the current vice president vies for the presidency.

Tickets to the event were $100 per person and are sold out, according to the fundraiser's website. The event at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum is set to include a wine reception, as well as a performance from Oklahoma Rep. Jared Deck D-Norman, who is also a Red Dirt singer-songwriter.

Along with Beshear, other vice presidential candidates include U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
