The Oklahoma City Baseball Club and INTEGRIS Health will honor five Oklahomans who have overcome health challenges in the 2024 baseball season. This is the 13th season of the 'Home Run For Life' series, a joint effort by the baseball club and INTEGRIS Health. The honorees, supported by their families and healthcare professionals at INTEGRIS Health, will be recognized at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The recognition includes a pregame ceremony, a club jersey, a commemorative baseball bat, and the chance to watch the game from a suite.

Oklahoma City to Host 2024 PBR Teams Expansion Draft at National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum
The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Teams have announced the 2024 Expansion Draft. It will take place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on April 10, 2024. The event will start at 6:00 p.m. CDT. The New York Mavericks and Oklahoma Wildcatters, the two new teams in the PBR Camping World Team Series, will begin to assemble their rosters. Each team can select up to six riders. The Oklahoma Wildcatters will have the first overall pick.
OKCMOA Presents Edith Head: Hollywood’s Costume Designer Exhibition - Tickets Now Available
The Oklahoma City Museum of Art (OKCMOA) has started selling tickets for its summer exhibition, Edith Head: Hollywood’s Costume Designer. The exhibition is organized by OKCMOA and The Ann Lacy Foundation. It will display 70 costumes designed by Edith Head, an Oscar-winning costume designer. Echo-Hawk, a Pawnee tribe member, leads the Pawnee Seed Preservation Society. This nonprofit in Pawnee, Oklahoma, works to save endangered heirloom seeds. Echo-Hawk has helped save several types of ancestral corn. In 2003, she started growing the last seeds of a corn type called Eagle Corn. The first successful harvest was in Nebraska two years later. Now, the society has 24 types of ancestral corn.
