Proposed State College casino license holder accepts $4.6 billion buyout, merger offer
The corporation currently embroiled in a legal battle over the gaming license to operate a proposed casino in State College accepted a $4.6 billion buyout and merger Thursday. Bally’s Corp., in a press release, announced it accepted the offer from Standard General, a New York-based hedge fund owned by Bally’s chairman Soo Kim.
