Arrest made after reports of man with a gun in Troy
TROY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Troy police responded to 4th Street Friday after reports of a man with a gun. Police have taken a man into custody. Around 2:52 in the afternoon, police responded to 4th Street between Ida Street & Jefferson Street. The suspect was not found with a gun, but was arrested for unlawfully operating a vehicle. A truck was found crashed into a pole on scene.

State Senator George Borrello presented the New York State Historic Business award to Meeders Restaurant in Ripley to celebrate their incorporation into New York State's Historic Business Preservation Registry. Established by legislation passed in 2020, the Historic Business Registry includes businesses that have been in operation for at least 50 years and have contributed to their communities' history.
