Southaven Pizzeria to Expand with Olive Branch Location

A popular Southaven pizzeria is gearing up for an expansion.

Italia Pizza Café will soon open its second location at 9192 Hacks Cross Rd, Suite 500 in Olive Branch . Owner Jose Morales told What Now Memphis that this new spot will focus more on to-go orders, though diners are welcome to enjoy their meals in-house as well.

Famous for its Big Mama Pizza—a 28-inch pie, the largest in Desoto County—the eatery hosts the ‘Big Mama Challenge,’ where two people must finish the entire ten-pound pizza in under 30 minutes to win it free and have their picture displayed on the wall.

In addition to its range of any-style pies, Italia Pizza Café serves a variety of pasta dishes, salads, subs, stuffed bell peppers, calzones, cannolis, and more. Morales mentioned that the new location will feature the same menu as the original.
