SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The former fiscal manager for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania (CAC/NEPA) is accused of a scheme to defraud the organization.

According to the U. S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 51-year-old Angela Saar, of Olyphant, engaged in a scheme to defraud the CAC/NEPA.
