The Chicago Bears will play their first game of the 2024 NFL season on Sunday afternoon at Soldier Field. With the Tennessee Titans coming to town, a new era of Bears football begins. The focal points will surely be Caleb Williams , Rome Odunze, and the new-look, high-powered offense.

However, before Sunday comes, the Bears need to make it through the first week of practice healthy. On Wednesday, the inaugural injury report was released by the team, highlighting six names. Although it is a fairly long list to start, there is minimal concern given the players' statuses after the first day of game-week practice.

Per the team , WR Keenan Allen, OL Kiran Amegadjie and Ryan Bates, RB Roschon Johnson, and DL Zacch Pickens and Montez Sweat all graced the injury report. That said, all six players carry a "limited" tag.

Keenan Allen and Kiran Amegadjie have both experienced some setbacks with their health throughout training camp. At this point, these moves seem more like maintenance than anything. As for the other players, being cautious with bumps and bruises is never a bad thing for more experienced players.

If any statuses regress, then there's cause for concern. At the moment, everything seems like business as usual. The Bears should be quite healthy entering their first game of the season on Sunday against the Titans.
