Chicago Blackhawks fans attending Saturday's game in Milwaukee won't see an NHL-level roster in action. Instead, several youngsters will comprise the group as the Blackhawks tabbed 10 players, including eight prospects, for their preseason finale against the St. Louis Blues.

Among Saturday's transactions , the Blackhawks recalled Louis Crevier, Colton Dach, Ethan Del Mastro, Cole Guttman, Kevin Korchinski, Frank Nazar, Zach Sanford, Samuel Savoie, and Landon Slaggert from the AHL's Rockford IceHogs. Additionally, Chicago signed defenseman Austin Strand to a professional tryout agreement.

The Blackhawks are still looking for their first exhibition win after underwhelming efforts from mostly NHL-caliber groups Tuesday and Friday against the Minnesota Wild. Preseason results don't count in the standings, but Chicago's lackluster showing to date is cause for concern as its Oct. 8 regular-season opener quickly approaches.

Nonetheless, the Blackhawks face the Blues in Saturday's "Home Away from Home" game at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. Puck drop is at 7 PM CT and the game will air on CHSN regionally and NHL Network nationally.
