Nebraska has a huge recruiting weekend on tap for its end-of-summer event before the dead period begins. The Huskers will have multiple 2025 uncommitted targets in Lincoln who have previously taken official visits to Nebraska, and 20 additional underclass recruits will also be in attendance.
Here is a visitor preview for the recruits who are expected to be in Lincoln this weekend to visit Nebraska:
2025 Uncommitted Targets
A pair of big-time receiver targets return to Lincoln this weekend. The Huskers have hosted each recruit for an official visit and get a valuable visit before the start of fall camp and their senior seasons.
Nebraska has a lot to feel good about with Isaiah Mozee . First, the Huskers hosted Mozee on June 14 for his seventh visit to Lincoln. Since taking his OV, Nebraska hired his father to join Matt Rhule’s staff. This is a huge opportunity to move closer to flipping Mozee from the Ducks to the Huskers.
Getting Terry to revisit Nebraska is a significant development for the Huskers. Terry, the No. 1 ATH in the nation, according to On3, took his official visit to Nebraska for the spring game in April. During that weekend, he had a great chance to hang out with Dylan Raiola and 2025 quarterback commitment TJ Lateef . This is only the second visit to Nebraska for Terry making this a critically important visit in trying to compete against Oregon and Texas.
2025 Commitments
Nebraska’s first commitment in the 2025 class will be back in Lincoln this weekend. Caden VerMaas has been very involved as a recruiter on campus during weekends like this for the Huskers.
Conor Booth has visited Lincoln several times this year, including his official visit in mid-June. Booth is poised for another big season this fall. He is the Huskers’ first in-state running back commitment since Jaylin Bradley in 2017.
Pierce Mooberry was a big mover in the most recent updated On3 ratings. Mooberry is targeted to play outside linebacker for Nebraska but could also play tight end at the next level.
Tyson Terry has been committed to Nebraska since June of 2023, but it is the only commitment that has yet to take his official visit. This is only Terry’s third time in Lincoln since April.
Underclassmen Recruiting Targets
This list of underclassmen has a lot to be excited about. Several visitors expected to be in Lincoln this weekend will be making their first visit to Nebraska.
