Brandon Woodard recently came in at No. 11 in On3’s initial 2027 On3 top 50 . The 6-foot-8 forward at Forrestville (MD) Bishop McNamara played with the Team Durant program on Nike’s E15 Circuit this summer.

“My game is energetic, I get on the rim and try to score the ball,” Woodard told On3 . “I want to bring good energy, play defense, rebound the ball, and make shots honestly. My ball handling has improved a lot this summer, especially my on-ball defense. I watch a lot of AJ Dybantsa , he is just smooth and I love the way he plays.”

On3 caught up with four-star Brandon Woodard after a recent live viewing to discuss his recruitment and talk about his game.

“Right now, I have offers from West Virginia, Georgetown, Coastal Carolina, and Bryant,” Woodard said. “I haven’t been on any campuses for any visits yet to those schools.”

“I’m consistently trying to work and get better,” Woodard said. “I want to go to a school, play for a coach who really wants me. If they are willing to do what it takes to get me, I’m going to look at them.

“I want to play in a system that lets their guys play freely. I’m most comfortable playing my game.”
