    1. Bryant

The Hornets are the undisputed top team in Arkansas after being ranked number one in offense and defense. Bryant’s prowess on both ends was evident during their 48-29 victory over Pulaski Academy, where Jordan Walker threw for three touchdowns, and Myron Thrash Jr. had 14 catches for 109 yards and a touchdown. The 14 th -best team in the nation can secure their seventh victory this season by defeating Little Rock Southwest on the road.

    2. Conway

The Wampus Cats have increased their defensive intensity after allowing only seven points each to North Little Rock and Cabot. Conway was already up against the Panthers at the half, 35-0, and sealed the victory at 56-7. Scoring at least 56 points in each of their last three games earned the Wampus Cats the third-best offensive ranking in Arkansas high school football. The United States’ 39 th -best high school football team will host Little Rock Central on the 18 th before facing a gauntlet of challenging opponents: Pulaski Academy, Little Rock Christian Academy, and Bryant.

    3. Greenwood

In addition to maintaining their winning streak, the Bulldogs reached the 60-point mark in their last two games. Greenwood handily defeated Siloam Springs as Kane Archer torched the Panthers with 393 passing yards and seven touchdowns. Isaiah Arrington and Champ Davis benefitted from Archer’s big night, combining 251 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Meanwhile, the Bulldogs’ defense had their way, tallying 17 tackles for losses and three sacks. This week, the 42 nd -best team in the country can improve to 7-0 when they win at home against Lake Hamilton.

    4. Fayetteville

The Bulldogs performed their best in the 2024 Arkansas high school football season after surrendering only seven points to Northside. It’s the fewest points Fayetteville allowed this year and the fourth time they reached the 40-point mark. Jaison DeLamar had 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Kaleb Johnson had 107 rushing yards and a touchdown. However, a tough test awaits Fayetteville as they head to Bentonville for their Oct. 18 showdown.

    5. Parkview Magnet

The Patriots are on fire, averaging 63.3 points per game in their last three assignments. They blanked the Hope Bobcats while scoring a season-high 72. While Parkview Magnet is making a fortune on offense, Massey Ratings regarded their defense as the third-best unit in Arkansas high school football. Parkview can improve to 6-1 by defeating Arkansas on Oct. 18.

    6. Pulaski Academy

The Bruins suffered their first 2024 Arkansas high school football season loss at Bryant’s hands. Likewise, the Hornets’ 48 points are the highest point total allowed this year, slightly beating the 47 they surrendered to West Monroe. Despite the loss, Brandon Cobb had 338 passing yards, 11 rushing yards, and four touchdowns (three passing). William Svoboda added 92 receiving yards and two touchdowns for the Bruins, who will be seeking a victory against Cabot on the 18 th .

    7. Benton

The Panthers improved their offensive ranking to fifth after scoring a season-high 72 points in their victory over Sheridan. Benton unleashed a balanced attack, with Luther Tucker III leading the way with 44 rushing yards and two touchdowns. The Panthers can extend their winning streak to six games with a victory over El Dorado on Friday.

    8. Bentonville

The Tigers have erased their three-game losing streak to start the season by earning three consecutive victories. Their latest win was a 48-0 shutout of Rogers Heritage, in which Bentonville established a 41-0 halftime lead. The Tigers are trending up despite having the third toughest strength of schedule in the 2024 Arkansas high school football season. However, earning their fourth straight win might be challenging because they will welcome fourth-ranked Fayetteville.

    9. Shiloh Christian

The Saints went from two wins to two losses to another two victories. Their latest triumph came against Southside, wherein Griffin Mason dominated the Mavericks with 245 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, Max Eldridge had a solid outing, tallying 111 rushing yards and a touchdown. A home victory over Russellville on the 18 th will upgrade their standing to 5-2.

    10. Rogers

After failing to defend their home field against fourth-ranked Fayetteville, the Mountaineers bounced back with a 38-3 domination of Bentonville West. The game was practically over by halftime as Rogers established a 35-0 lead after two quarters. The Mountaineers have limited their opponents to 15.16 points per game, good for fifth place in Arkansas’ defensive rankings. They will need the same defensive intensity to defend the home field versus Springdale on the 18 th .
