With Week 7 in the books, we take a look at the Top 25 teams in the Peach State, according to the On3 Massey Ratings.
A new No. 1 team sits atop the rankings for the third week in a row. There are multiple new top-25 teams and some movement in the latest round of rankings.

After plenty of weather issues faced the state of Georgia Georgia the past few weeks, Lee County finally got its big-time with Coffee. The Trojans crushed Coffee with a 48-14 win to move to 7-0 on the season. They’re heavily favored by the On3 Massey Ratings with a 98 percent win probability against Veterans and a 97 percent win probability over Northside the next two weeks. Lee County is led by four-star ball carrier Ousmane Kromah , a newly-minted Georgia pledge.

Last week’s Rusty Mansell Game of the Week was a blowout. Milton rolled on the road against a ranked Gainesville squad 42-24. Winless Johns Creek is next before they face off with No. 15 Roswell to close out the regular season.

Carrollton remains undefeated after a 42-0 shutout victory over 1-6 Chapel Hill on Friday night. Two games are left in their quest for a perfect season: road tilts at East Coweta and No. 9 Douglas County to close things out.

The Wolves bludgeoned Dacula 51-14 on Thursday night to move to 6-1 and stay in the top five of the Georgia rankings. Games against Central Gwinnett and Mountain View are up next before they close the season at No. 14 Mill Creek in a huge rivalry game.

The Bulldogs are 7-0 after beating Berkmar 35-0 on Wednesday night. They’ll travel to face winless North Gwinnett on Friday night before an important showdown with No. 21 Norcross the following week. Georgia flip target and Rutgers defensive line pledge Braxton Kyle leads the Top 5 North Gwinnett team.

North Cobb is also still undefeated, by 1-6 Marietta gave them everything they could handle before ultimately falling 14-0. They’ll be heavily favored in each of their final three games before the playoffs, per the On3 Massey Ratings.

The Wildcats had one of the biggest wins of the weekend, squeezing past ranked Colquitt County 7-3 to keep their winning streak alive. Games against Richmond Hill , Tift County and No. 22 Lowndes are all that stands between them and an undefeated regular season. Bulldogs pledge Todd Robinson continues to be a key for Valdosta.

The Rams haven’t played since September 20 after games were postponed by Hurricane Helene, then issues related to a chemical leak in Rockdale County. Its matchup against Newton on Sept. 27 was postponed, then that date was canceled and moved to the end of the Georgia season. They were then scheduled to face Rockdale County this week, but that was ultimately forfeited. As a result, their next game will be played on Friday, Oct. 25 at South Gwinnett. Grayson always has talent, but keep an eye on 2027 defensive lineman T.K. Cunningham , who has offers from all over the country.

Douglas County got a pivotal win Friday night by beating Atlanta Westlake 14-0 to move to 7-1 on the season. After a bye this weekend, they’ll face Chapel Hill before a huge season-ending matchup against No. 3 Carrollton.

The Yellow Jackets were on a bye after stomping winless Veterans High 61-10 last week. They’ll be back on the road this week to face Northside before consecutive top-25 matchups against Houston County and Coffee to close the Georgia regular season.
